Dragonfly Garden Designs is a garden design and horticultural Advisory company based in Surrey, England, with virtual services offered nationally and internationally.
I am a member of the Charted Institute Of Horticulture, the British Association Of Landscape Institutes and the Society Of Garden Designers.
In 2002 I founded my first garden design company, trading then as Felicity Jones Garden Design Services and now as Dragonfly Garden Design Services founded in 2021.
I studied for a degree in Graphic Design at Staffordshire University, then worked in London as a Graphic Designer before retaining in Garden Design in 2001 at North East Surrey College Of Technology (NESCOT). I joined the Royal Horticultural Society working at RHS Wisley from 2001 to 2008, continuing to design gardens and other spaces.
More recently, I have completed a Royal Horticultural Society Certification Level 3 in Principles of Garden Planning, Construction and Planting at the Merriest Wood College. This qualification, combined with prior experience, allows me to offer a sustainable design service and horticultural advisory that will suit your needs and lifestyle.

Dragonfly Garden Designs is excited to launch a new advisory service. You may require ideas of what to plant, where, and how to care for them all year round. My new Horticultural Advisory Service offers the opportunity to develop a tailored written guide to create, develop, improve and maintain your garden and borders at your own pace, tailored to your lifestyle. I can advise what to plant and provide a comprehensive list of suggested plants, where to plant them and how to care for them, offering an assortment of heights, textures, colour pallets and seasonal varieties from your bespoke plant list. Alternatively, if you have existing plants you would like to know more about, I will provide identification and detailed descriptions relevant to maintenance and care.
This remote service can be conducted anywhere in Britain or internationally.
